START TIMES & START LINE RUNNER CHECK-IN
Each team will be assigned a start time based on their projected qualifying relay finish time and each individual’s overall 10K pace. Each participant will be asked to provide those times at registration. This start time will be emailed to your team captains and posted on the RWC website. Team Captains are responsible to let all team members know when that start time is. Teams running well ahead of projected pace will be held back at certain points along the course. Please note that teams that finish substantially faster than estimated team 10K pace may risk unsupported exchanges and penalties.

Runners from vehicle ONE must check in 15 minutes before their official start time. Don’t forget your SLAP WRIST WRAP. The team’s wrap must be worn at all times while the current runner is on the road. Only runners wearing a wrist baton will be allowed to exit the exchange chute to begin a new leg.

THE FINISH LINE
The finish line is at TBA. Teams are required to gather in a holding area near the finish line and run in together through the finish line. Medals will be awarded after your team log has been turned in. Photos will be taken as you cross the finish line and again after you have received your medals.

AWARDS will be given to the 1st place finishing team from each division.
The AWARDS CEREMONY will be at the finish line.
